Yes, this post is a slight exaggeration...but go with me on it. Some of my co-workers are doing this health-kick challenge thing to loose weight and get healthy. I however have not jumped on the bandwagon. I did look at my personal diet and discovered that my diet is
slightly imbalanced. Now I do have other things in my diet as well but these are the main five. My question to you readers is if you're being honest, what does your personal food pyramid look like?

switch the cheese and the chocolate and replace rice with cereal- If I could eat cereal for breakfast lunch and dinner, sweetness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shea-love it! I'm constantly amazed given my diet that I only weigh 105 lbs. Maybe because I never stop moving at work (thanks to the caffeine!) I burn it all off...not sure, not really worth pondering either...
